Christina works in all mediums and is influenced by the post-impressionistic style of painting with respect to colour, rhythm, contrast and light.
She successfully participated in a number of exhibitions throughout Australia and internationally, including exhibiting, by invitation, in the 11th and 12th Guangzhou International Art Fair (China) in 2006 and 2007. She also successfully held a solo exhibition in Slovenia in 2007.
Christina won first prize in the functional art category for her recycled hand-painted Mexican Dragon table with two chairs, Hornsby Art Society, NSW in 2009.
In her travels, Christina searches for conditions that imprint the character of the area into her memory, and the serenity that pervades most of her paintings reflects her inner sense of excitement to interpret these visions.
She communicates the magic and tranquillity of the rich landscapes, flora and fauna, through a depth and richness of colour and shapes that behold the secrets of the magic of the subjects she chooses to paint. She also gets inspiration from the richness and vibrancy of the people, the music and the colours from her many travels that continue to influence her works.
